Forever Clear BBL™

Broad Band Light Treatment (BBL) is the world’s most powerful IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) device. The Forever Clear™ acne treatment targets and speeds healing of existing breakouts and prevents breakouts.

Forever Clear BBL™ uses a cutting-edge multi-step process to treat acne using the power of light therapy. Clearer skin can be achieved in typically just a few short treatments. It works by delivering light energy deep into your skin to stimulate and regenerate your skin cells, leaving you with clear, healthy, radiant skin.

Am I a Good Candidate for Forever Clear BBL™?

Forever Clear BBL can be the right treatment for men and women of all ages who are experiencing active acne.

You can expect to see an improvement after just one treatment, but the total number of treatments needed varies from patient to patient. Your healthcare provider will personalize a plan for you.

What happens during Forever Clear BBL™ treatment?

Your eyes will be protected with safety shields or glasses. Typically, there is no need for a topical anesthetic, however your clinician may choose to use one on more sensitive areas. You may feel a quick, warm sensation as the light is absorbed by the targeted areas. Your procedure may take a few minutes to half an hour, depending on the size of the area to be treated and the type of procedure performed.

STEP 1: Skin is first treated with BLUE BBL light to eliminate acne-causing bacteria at its source, deep down in the pores.

STEP 2: Skin is then treated with YELLOW BBL light to reduce the inflammation and acne-associated redness to give you healthy, luminous skin.

STEP 3: For added benefit, the skin is then treated with SkinTyte II™ using INFRA-RED light in rapid, gentle pulses to initiate the body’s natural healing process.

What is recovery like after BBL treatment?

There is typically no downtime. Most patients can wear make-up and resume normal activities immediately.

Your healthcare provider will provide you with more information on what to expect as well as give you an aftercare plan to follow that will involve avoiding direct sun exposure and using sunscreen.
